Uniform

At Hucklow Primary School our uniform consists of:

 

Muslim girls may also wear a chemise if they wish in the school colours of navy or white.

Uniform may be purchased through school by pre-order or by the Internet, delivery within one week. You may purchase your own uniform if you wish.

 

Also available are book bags, PE bags and baseball caps all with the Hucklow Primary School logo.

 

Coats

During winter it is advisable that ALL children wear a coat to school as, weather permitting, playtimes and lunchtimes will be outdoors.

P.E. Kit

Please ensure your child has a clearly labelled PE kit kept in a draw string bag in school at all times.

Your child’s PE kit should consist of:

 

PE kit should be taken home on Fridays for washing and returned to school on Monday morning.

 

NO jewellery should be worn on PE days and for security should be left at home. Staff are not permitted to remove earrings.

During the winter PE sessions may still be held outside where the weather permits. In the event of this please ensure that children have the correct clothing to match the weather.

Personal belongings

We ask that all articles of clothing and personal belongings are clearly marked with the child’s name. The school and governors cannot accept responsibility for the loss or theft of personal items. We ask that children do not bring personal items into school.

Lost Property

If items of property become mislaid please ask at the main office for further information about lost property.
