News from the Staff:

The F2 children have settled into their new class really well, they are enjoying staying for lunch and trying new foods. The children are showing lots of enthusiasm towards their new learning and parents are encouraging their children to read regularly at home every day. It has been a very successful start to the year!

What parents can do to support their child:

Parents can support their child by reading every day and swapping their books during morning work, parents to stay for morning work to help children practise writing their name, bring in book folders and planners every day, help children with their homework and it can be displayed in the classroom.

Additional Information

 Our PE day is FRIDAY PM – Please ensure your child’s PE kit is in school on this day.

 Homework menus go out on Friday every 2 weeks. Spelling books will be sent home after October half term.
